Role Description The Retail Salesworker role at Happikiddo is a full-time position based in Puchong with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products for babies, children, and parents. The role involves maintaining strong product knowledge, demonstrating items, processing sales transactions, and ensuring displays are tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. The Retail Salesworker also handles customer inquiries and feedback, supports online order fulfillment when needed, and collaborates with team members to achieve sales and service targets. Occasional support for promotional events and in-store activities may be required.

• Strong retail sales and product knowledge skills, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
