Achieve sales and fee-based income targets of assigned region through successfully managing sales staffs
Collaborate with Regional Director and Branch Managers to develop, review and execute sales strategies, recruitment and initiate sales events or activities for assigned region
Supervise and monitor sales staff production to achieve assigned sales targets
Solicit business opportunities and work closely with business partners to drive sales force to meet sales targets
Conduct sales clinic and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training to sales staff to upgrade their competency
Guide sales staff to comply with the Bank policies and follow ethical sales approach
Implement and achieve the objectives of various projects implemented by sales management department
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience with 2 years of sales management experience in Banking, Unit Trust and/or Insurance industry
Possess leadership abilities, aggressive and result –oriented
Excellent planning, organization and time management skill with strong follow through abilities
Strong negotiation skills to drive sales and strong interpersonal relationship skills
Must possess relevant license (s) for wealth and insurance products such as FIMM, PCE and CEILLI
