Your Role at Feruni
As a Feruni Retail Store Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and drive the store's success across sales, operations, and customer experience. You'll be empowered to:
Drive Sales & CRM Excellence
- Plan and execute store strategies to meet sales and net income targets.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Master CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Deliver Operational & Service Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Elevate showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
- Recommend and implement improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Use digital tools and data to enhance decision-making and store performance.
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Coach, train, and inspire your team to grow professionally and deliver results.
- Recruit and onboard new team members aligned with Feruni's culture.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing a retail store.
- Experience in building materials or interior design retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital analytics tools.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for customer service and team development.
