Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in TRX Kuala Lumpur for a Retail Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store standards, training team members, and ensuring effective communication within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Building in-depth product knowledge and sharing it with both customers and team members is vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and operational oversight
• Experience in Retail Operations and an understanding of day-to-day store management
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product details
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to lead and engage a team
• Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service and addressing customer needs
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment
• Prior experience in a luxury retail environment is an added advantage
• Diploma or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred
