Job Description
- To promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
- To cross sell based on customer's need.
- To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
- To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer's enquiries.
- To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.
Job Requirement
- Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses the passion for sales and marketing.
- Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cope well under pressure.
- Goal oriented and a strong team player.
