1. Product & Technical Training

• Conduct regular product training sessions on air-conditioner models, features,

specifications, and technologies.

• Provide basic technical understanding of installation, usage, energy efficiency, and

maintenance to field force team, retail staff, installers, etc.

• Conduct conference training to air-conditioner installers.

• Ensure retail teams are updated on new product launches, upgrades, and

discontinued models.

• Develop easy-to-understand training materials such as product guides, manuals,

presentations, and FAQs.

2. Sales & Retail Training

• Train field force teams and retail sales staff on effective selling techniques, product

positioning, and customer handling.

• Educate teams on identifying customer needs and recommending suitable airconditioner solutions.

• Support retail teams in handling objections and comparing products against

competitors.

• Align training content with current retail campaigns and promotions.

3. Field Support & Coaching

• Conduct on-site store visits to assess product knowledge and selling effectiveness.

• Provide on-the-job coaching and refresher training to improve performance.

• Support field force and promoters during events and peak sales periods.

• Ensure correct product display, demo practices, and brand messaging at retail level.

4. Training Planning & Performance Tracking

• Plan and manage training schedules across assigned regions and retail outlets.

• Track training attendance, effectiveness, and post-training performance

improvements.

• Gather feedback from field training and sales teams to continuously improve training

content.

• Prepare training reports and updates for management.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering, Retail, Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Experienced in air-conditioner or consumer electronics training;

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Google tools (Google Sheet, Google Form, etc);

5. Strong understanding of air-conditioner products;

6. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Independent and passionate individual, used to fast-paced, dynamic environment;

8. Willingness to travel and conduct on-site retail training.
