Key Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Storytelling (ASUS Elite 10 Project)
- Review, log, and edit raw interview footage and b-roll captured during the Dealer's Awards Night.
- Produce 10 polished, high-impact inspirational videos featuring the ASUS Elite 10 performers.
- Craft compelling narratives within the videos designed to influence, motivate, and educate the broader ASUS Elite Club front-liners.
- Manage the post-production pipeline, including color correction, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics or subtitles as needed.
2. Live Stream Production & Co-Hosting
- Provide technical and production assistance to the core Retail Management team (Matthew) during the monthly YouTube Live training sessions.
- Assist in scripting, run-of-show planning, and live moderation.
- Step in to co-host or present segments confidently to our audience of front-liners.
3. Digital Marketing & Audience Growth
- Analyze the current YouTube Live metrics (currently averaging 200 viewers) and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and pitch actionable digital marketing strategies to increase live viewership, engagement, and retention among Elite Club members.
- Create promotional assets (teasers, thumbnails, broadcast reminders) to market the upcoming live sessions and the Elite 10 video releases.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Broadcasting, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for desktop).
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of audience engagement tactics, social media promotion, and YouTube analytics.
- Broadcasting: Familiarity with live streaming setups and software (e.g., OBS Studio, Streamyard) is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with a live digital audience.
- Attributes: Highly creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables within a fast-paced 3-month timeline.
