We're looking for a CRM and Customer Retention Lead to drive user engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance across our fintech platform. You will own CRM strategy, customer communications, and engagement initiatives to grow active users, increase usage, and improve lifetime value.
What you'll do
- Lead CRM and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Own CRM and engagement tools, including in‑app, push, email, SMS and messaging channels.
- Drive gamification, loyalty and campaign initiatives with product and tech teams.
- Partner with performance marketing, brand and business teams to optimise the user funnel, cross‑sell and upsell.
- Act as gatekeeper for all communications to existing users.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (fintech/digital preferred).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Able to influence, lead and collaborate across teams.
