  • Monitor, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly hotel performance (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.).
  • Implement dynamic pricing and inventory control strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make informed pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Manage rate parity across all channels and ensure accuracy in all rate loading.
  • Oversee hotel presence on OTAs, brand.com, metasearch engines, and other online channels.
  • Manage content quality, images, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaign execution and ROI tracking.
  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies and packages.
  • Generate regular reports for the Director of Revenue and hotel leadership.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in booking patterns and source market performance.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with the Director of Revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, E-Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management or e-commerce within the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skill.
  • Proficiency in Revenue Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel operations systems (PMS, CM & RMS) and distribution channel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
