The Role

We are seeking Revenue Assistant Managerto manage vertical segment coveringgovernment, state agencies, education , associations and NGO focusing on new acquisitions and renewals.

This role focuses on new client acquisition, account management, and transaction growth by delivering suitable payment and financial solutions tailored to organizations operating in regulated or mission-driven sectors.

What You'll Do:

• Ability to identify, target, and onboard new merchants within the given industry.
• Build a strong sales funnel by leveraging on strategic account coverage, industry network and understanding relevant regulatory insights in related to payment services needs.
• Develop account plans with clear annual usage growth and ensure annual transaction volume increases in existing clients.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to introduce, promote, or enhance user experience through new features, affiliate programs, or joint-marketing events

Requirements:

• Strong combination of farmer and hunter sales skills in retaining current clients and driving incremental revenue with new acquisitions.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of B2B solution selling.
• A good understanding of the financial industry, especially in cash management and payment services, will be an advantage.
• Preferably comes with at least 5 years of working experience as a field sales executive
