Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an Intermediate Draft Technician, producing precise floor plans, 3D isometric models, and Revit-based outputs for AEC and property-focused projects. You ensure accuracy through quality checks, support continuous improvement, handle production issues, and contribute to drafting, modeling, AI annotation, and other tasks essential to delivering high-quality spatial data.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of relevant drafting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
- Ability to prepare detailed floor plan drawings with precision
- Ability to perform thorough quality assurance checks
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and engineering-related practices
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality outputs
- Self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to resolve drafting or software-related issues
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks effectively
- Adaptability to work with various CAD software and project requirements
Your Daily Tasks
- Producing architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and client requirements
- Creating DWG floor plans using Autodesk Revit for AEC clients
- Developing RVT models using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering projects
- Generating 3D isometric models for interior design and virtual staging, including selecting furnishings, materials, and artwork
- Building iGUIDE floor plans using Planitar's Draft software for residential, commercial, and insurance restoration projects
- Producing ESX floor plan sketches using Xactimate for insurance restoration claims
- Addressing and reporting production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Shift Leader
- Participating in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Handling additional tasks such as AI annotations, marketing research, data gathering, and case studies
- Meeting KPI targets by implementing effective work strategies and managing daily operations
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support organizational needs
