About the Role: RevOps Consultant

In this role, you will be the lead strategist for our new customers. You aren't just here to click buttons or set up accounts. You will be their trusted advisor, helping them rethink their business processes and leading them through complex digital transformations. You will empower them to unlock the full potential of their business by designing systems that actually work for their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Discovery: You will kick off each customer journey by leading deep dive discovery sessions. This means looking under the hood of their business to understand their goals, their pain points, and how their teams currently work. You will identify exactly what needs to change to help them grow.
- Architect the Solution: Instead of just following orders, you will design the solution. You will map out how data should flow between departments and ensure their HubSpot instance is built to support their specific workflows. You'll create clear process maps so the client understands the why behind the setup.
- Own the Project: You will be the primary point of contact and project manager. This involves managing timelines, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring every part of the implementation stays on track. You are the bridge between the client's vision and the final technical setup.
- Guide and Train: Deliver engaging workshops that do more than just show where buttons are. You will teach clients how to use HubSpot to solve their specific business problems, ensuring their team actually adopts and loves the new system.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Anticipate potential roadblocks before they happen. When a client has a complex request, you will evaluate it against best practices and provide a strategic recommendation rather than just executing a task.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about the latest HubSpot features and industry trends. Ensure you are always offering customers the most effective solutions and best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in Business Consulting, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or a similar strategic role (3+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Experience with the equivalent Salesforce platforms will also be considered.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and mapping out business processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple client implementations at once.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills. You must be able to confidently lead a room of stakeholders and explain complex ideas simply.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping businesses solve problems.
- Fluent, business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to haves:
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
