Job Description

JOB TITLE: Reward Analyst - Technology

EXTERNAL JOB TITLE: N/A

FUNCTION: Human Resources

SUB FUNCTION: Reward

CITY & COUNTRY: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience Required

(Please put the most critical information in the first 2 points

Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Macros/Python, Power Platform (PowerApps, Automate, BI), Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and SharePoint. SQL is not necessarily but would be an added advantage

Knowledge in automating data cleaning, transforming, modelling, preparing and validating to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Experience in continuous improvements of processes is an added advantage

Reward/ HR/ Finance Generalist experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent execution capabilities

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strong proficiency in English language (written and oral)

Ability to work in a global capacity and virtually to ensure seamless delivery and execution across time zones

Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity effectively

Preferably a minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in designing and building data solution

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Programming experience: proficient in applying programming practices and tools to design solutions.

Project management: Capable of managing own deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project milestones, and regularly communicating progress with line manager, and stakeholders for input and feedback.

Engagement/consultancy: Proactively engage with Reward Process Leads

HR service delivery: Able to coach DBS Reward on processes and governance, identifying areas for improvement.

Business acumen: Able to understand the business agenda and context and link reward solutions to the business needs

Solution delivery and design: Apply market insights and best practices to design solutions aligned with reward strategy and global HR governance.
