Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor trading platforms to ensure stable and efficient daily operations
  • Monitor market and client risk exposure, including margin utilisation, stop-outs, liquidations, and hedging activities with Prime Brokers
  • Process and supervise client trade executions in accordance with internal risk management and compliance policies
  • Assist with dealing desk operations, including trade approvals and execution support when required
  • Investigate post-trade alerts and perform operational, trading, and risk control checks
  • Handle daily operational tasks, reporting procedures, and shift handovers to ensure business continuity
  • Maintain effective coordination and communication between front office, middle office, and back office functions

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field
  • Good understanding of financial markets, trading products, margin mechanisms, and risk management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Willing to work on shifts
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and risk awareness
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
