Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting user reviews on the company's risk control platform.
- Monitor for any abnormal transaction data and respond promptly, making informed judgments as necessary.
- Continuously learn platform rules and enhance personal and professional skills.
- Stay updated on changes in competitors risk control measures and provide suggestions in line with current regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in risk control, compliance, or customer support, or a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
- Business acumen with a keen awareness of risk.
- Strong resilience, effective communication, and sound judgement skills.
- Proficient in logical thinking, data collection, and analytical abilities.
- Strict adherence to professional ethics, ensuring information security and confidentiality in daily tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
