The Role

We're looking for a Risk Control Team Lead (Withdrawal Operations) to take ownership of our digital asset withdrawal processes.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing and implementing the platform's withdrawal risk assessment framework and control strategies. Through rules, risk tiering, and system-driven mechanisms, you will identify and mitigate abnormal withdrawal risks, ensuring fund security and overall risk controllability.

The position focuses on risk judgment, strategy design, and systematic knowledge accumulation, with the goal of reducing reliance on purely manual reviews through robust mechanism building.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimize withdrawal risk control strategies and rule frameworks, covering large withdrawals, abnormal fund movements, arbitrage behaviors, and other high-risk scenarios
• Independently assess complex or borderline abnormal withdrawal cases, making clear decisions on approval, interception, or escalation
• Convert hands-on risk control experience into reusable strategies, rules, or tiered mechanisms to improve consistency and stability in risk identification
• Lead requirements design for withdrawal risk control systems and rule engines, driving the systematic, automated, and scalable implementation of risk strategies
• Analyze withdrawal, trading, and fund flow data to identify risk patterns and translate them into actionable risk control logic
• Manage and develop the withdrawal risk control team, standardizing judgment criteria and enhancing overall professional capability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Blockchain, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in withdrawal / fund risk control, with hands-on experience in strategy or rule design
• At least 1 year of team management experience, with the ability to lead teams and drive strategy execution
• Strong data analysis skills, using data to support risk assessments and strategy optimization
• Ability to clearly distinguish between normal fund behavior and suspicious risk behavior, and articulate the underlying rationale
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese for cross-regional professional collaboration
• Willingness to travel or be based in Kuala Lumpur

Nice to Have

• Experience with exchange withdrawal risk control systems, rule engines, or automated interception mechanisms
• Deep understanding of fund flow paths, abnormal profit patterns, or complex withdrawal scenarios
• Experience in cross-regional or multi-team risk control collaboration
