  • Coordinate and facilitate both local and regional process‑improvement initiatives under the risk and compliance framework.
  • Review and document existing processes to identify gaps, risks, best practices, and opportunities for stronger controls.
  • Identify, assess, and document risks across all functions to design or implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of improvement initiatives and monitor implementation progress.
  • Investigate incidents such as non‑compliances or control failures, working with stakeholders to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with regional risk teams and other markets on process alignment, improvements, and incident reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance risk management tools, systems, and supporting governance materials.
  • Consolidate and prepare incident reports, initiative updates, and other risk‑related reporting for management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and related field
  • Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel along with Google suite editor such as Google Sheets and Slides
  • Enjoy working efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Possesses excellent communication skills in local dialects, must be able to confidently present data and ideas to stakeholders
  • Experience in handling projects and strong attention to deadlines
