Lead and guide team members in executing Risk Management (RM) and Quality Management (QM) activities.
Review company SOPs and recommend enhancements to strengthen internal processes and controls.
Support the implementation, upkeep, and improvement of risk management frameworks and policies.
Assess and evaluate the company's risk register to ensure effective mitigation of identified risks.
Prepare and submit comprehensive risk management reports to the Group Corporate Office.
Assist in planning and conducting risk-based assessments, reviewing business processes, and evaluating control environments.
Follow up on action plans and audit recommendations with relevant departments to ensure timely closure.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls implemented by management.
Assist in developing internal audit programs and communicate key observations to the Group Corporate Office and Board Audit Committee.
Provide actionable recommendations based on risk-based insights to enhance business operations.
Conduct ad-hoc audits or special investigations as requested by senior management or the Board Audit Committee, including identifying potential fraud indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, CISA, or CRISC are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, assurance, or risk management across any industry, including banking.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing principles (e.g., COSO, risk-based auditing).
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
