Key responsibilities:
Monitor real-time and post-transaction activity to detect signs of suspicious or high-risk behaviour
Review and investigate alerts related to fraud, sanction and other financial crimes
Analyze transaction data and customer profiles to assess risk exposure and determine appropriate mitigation strategies
Support the onboarding and periodic review of high-risk corporate clients, including enhanced due diligence (EDD) as necessary.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Liaise with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes in regulations, processes, and internal policies.
Ensure timely escalations and documentation of risk events and contribute to process improvement
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with strong business communication skills, excellent logical thinking, and a willingness to try new things.
A minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in banking, payment institution or the financial sector
Strong understanding of cross-border B2B/B2C payment risk
Mandarin proficiency preferred (to effectively liaise with China stakeholders).
