Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Operations Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Risk Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, implement and manage risk protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include fraud prevention strategies, mitigating risk exposure, conducting operational reviews, managing compliance requirements, and identifying process improvements. The role also involves providing regular reports and updates to senior management to support informed decision making and achieve regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Proven experience in Operations Management and implementing effective workflows
• Expertise in Fraud Prevention and risk mitigation strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
• Background in Finance or related fields to manage financial risks and compliance
• Relevant professional certifications in risk management or fraud prevention are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment
