Responsible for content security and ecosystem-related issue governance on the Alibaba International E-commerce platform;
Identify problems and define risk detection features by integrating regulatory requirements, public sentiment trends, data insights, and case analysis; establish clear governance objectives, design appropriate data metrics and effective strategies, and take ownership of achieving governance goals;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and algorithm teams to support the development and enhancement of governance systems, and drive the implementation of key governance strategies to effectively address identified issues;
Leverage historical data to conduct in-depth analysis and mining, and build a comprehensive, three-dimensional strategy framework covering pre-risk prevention, real-time monitoring, and post-incident response, enabling effective control and mitigation of risks.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Law, or a related field; with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or risk governance on internet platforms;
Proficient in SQL or other data analysis tools; strong data sensitivity and the ability to efficiently extract, analyze, and interpret data, develop effective solutions, and drive their implementation;
Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication; culturally aware and adaptable; overseas study experience or prior international work experience is preferred;
Strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and solid understanding of business context and objectives.
