About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Strategy & Policy Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing risk policies, review strategies, and detection models to ensure compliance with local and international regulations while balancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Policy & Strategy Design: In-depth understanding of Ant International's different business models and business scenarios, design and develop end-to-end risk policies, review strategies, and classification frameworks aligned with global regulatory requirements and business risk appetite.
- Rule & Model Development: Translate compliance requirements into actionable risk rules, detection strategies, and automated decision logic; collaborate with model&tech teams to design, test, and optimize risk models for prohibited and restricted goods identification.
- Policy Effectiveness & Insight: Perform regular policy quality evaluation, strategy effectiveness assessment, and policy gap analysis using data analytics and case sampling; identify opportunities for policy refinement and new risk coverage areas.
- SOP & Process Architecture: Develop, optimize, and own risk review SOPs, investigation playbooks, and escalation frameworks; ensure clear guidelines and process documentation that reflect the latest policy standards.
- AI-Driven Policy Analytics: Leverage AI-powered tools and intelligent analytics platforms for policy performance, risk trend analysis, and strategic reporting; use AI-generated insights and LLM-assisted analysis to drive evidence-based policy decisions and independently complete in-depth risk investigation and policy impact assessments.
- Operational Strategy & SLA Optimization: Define and optimize operational frameworks, triage strategies, and SLA metrics for risk review workflows; coordinate with various functions within the team to ensure policy execution efficiency and provide strategic input to improve risk posture and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree, major in Data Science is preferred.
- More than 1 year of relevant work experience in Internet companies, banks, risk strategy, policy development, or AML/PRG-related policy design fields; experience in prohibited/restricted goods policy, content policy strategy, or risk model strategy is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven problem-solving abilities; demonstrated capability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to drive policy/strategy initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools and data analysis; experience with LLM-powered analytics, SQL, or intelligent risk platforms preferred; comfortable working with AI-generated outputs and large datasets to derive policy insights.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, and writing in English.
- Experience in prohibited/restricted goods policy, content policy strategy, or risk model strategy is preferred.
