- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process drink orders efficiently.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with ingredients and supplies.
- Create and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and manage alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide a seamless dining and drinking experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
