Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to handle all inbound/outbound calls, live chat and emails from customers regarding the companys product and services.
  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants should possess at least a qualification in SPM or above
  • Applicants is fluent in English, Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese. (Read, speak, type)
  • Willing to work in 24 hours rotational shift basis (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Applicants are committed to work in 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days basis. (Might be working on either public holiday or weekend)
  • Applicants are willing to work based in office at Subang Jaya.
  • Able to start working on the following date: 9 September 2024

  • Salary package: RM 4700 Basic + KPI Allowance up to RM 300 + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm-6am)
