Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand event objectives, themes, and branding guidelines.
Conceptualize and design visually captivating 3D renderings and models of event spaces, stages, exhibits, and installations.
Create detailed event graphics, signage, and collateral incorporating 3D elements to enhance attendee engagement and brand visibility.
Develop animated visualizations and walkthroughs to showcase event layouts and designs to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of 3D designs within event venues.
Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in event design and 3D visualization.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Create impressive designs that are out of the box.
Bringing concepts and ideas to life, creating visualization to reality.
Able to work within the timeline and budget.
To work closely with the project teams and liaison with the customers and understand their needs.
Produce stunning 3D graphic renderings and visualizations of event environments, structural build ups and installations to the creative direction approved by the client.
Job Requirements
At least 3 year and above of relevant experience in events or exhibitions support industry preferably.
Ability to operate 3D-Max, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup and V-Ray and etc.
Creative flair and strong conceptualization skills.
Strong team player as well as working independently.
Able to meet tight deadlines.
Willing to take on additional tasks.
Possess own transport.
Mandarin writing and speaking will be an added advantage
