Summary:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about combining AI, automation, and content creation to drive impactful digital campaigns. This role focuses on executing campaigns, producing AI-powered content, and optimizing performance across social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Content Creation
- Utilize generative AI tools to create engaging content including videos, visuals, and marketing assets
- Develop platform-specific content for:
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Support creative ideation and execution using AI-assisted workflows
Digital Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns from planning to publishing
- Coordinate content creation, editing, scheduling, and deployment
- Ensure all deliverables align with branding and campaign objectives
Workflow Automation & Optimization
- Research and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Support automation of content production, reporting, and workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline daily marketing operations
Trend Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and AI advancements
- Experiment with new tools, formats, and content strategies
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve engagement and reach
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign and content performance
- Optimize content based on audience behavior and platform algorithms
- Prepare reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- 1–2 years experience in digital marketing / content creation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, or related field
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools
- Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
- Background in video editing or content production is an added advantage
- Familiar with Generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly)
- Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n) is an advantage
