Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.
Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin and English is required for this role
Proven experience in a HR role will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Candidate must be familiar with labour law.
Familiar with interview and screening profiles is a must for this role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be plus point.
