Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.
  • Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English is required for this role
  • Proven experience in a HR role will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Candidate must be familiar with labour law.
  • Familiar with interview and screening profiles is a must for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be plus point.

Job Benefits

  • Salary range: RM7,000 RM8,000
  • Annual bonus guarantee for 1 month and above
  • 16 days Annual leave (1st year)
