Responsible for overseeing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulations. Handle complex billing issues and work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsible for overseeing customer billing accounts, assisting in monitoring the billing team, and ensuring invoices are completed on time.
How you create impact
- Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers based on the services provided.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any payment issues.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in an efficient manner.
- Work closely with other teams (e.g., Finance, Sales) to resolve billing-related issues.
- Assist in overseeing the billing team to ensure timely payment releases and invoicing.
- Lead other team members and assist with their billing tasks when the PIC (Person in Charge) is not around
- Collaborate with the finance team to support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Collaborate with the superior to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in related field
- Diploma and above in business, accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
