Role Overview
This role supports the Consumer Mobile team by conducting market research, analyzing product performance, and preparing business reporting to help drive strategic decision-making for international roaming offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on roaming product trends and competitor offerings
- Perform basic analysis of roaming products and usage patterns
- Assist in preparing business performance reports for roaming services
- Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather product and performance insights
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Background in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, IT, Marketing, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to derive insights from data and present findings clearly
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools (advantage)
- Curious, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in telecommunications, digital products, or consumer usage trends
