Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing processes and workflows to determine feasibility for automation.
- Design RPA solutions using RPA platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendor, operations, and business units, to drive RPA initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Stay current with RPA industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Project management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an RPA Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools and platforms.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python are a plus.
- Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
