Robotics Engineer (R&D / Product Development)
Job Responsibilities
· Involved in design, development, and integration of AGV systems, including hardware, software, and sensor fusion
· Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in mechanical design, electronics, software, and marketing for product launch and commercialization
· Build and test AGV prototypes; refine based on real-world testing and user feedback
· Develop and optimize navigation, path planning, and obstacle avoidance algorithms
· Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards for AGV deployment
· Support manufacturing teams for mass production readiness
· Provide technical documentation and support for product demonstrations and client onboarding
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
· Minimum 3 years experience in AGV or robotics product development, with hands-on experience through the entire product lifecycle
· Proven involvements in product commercialization, not just R&D
· Strong knowledge in ROS (Robot Operating System), SLAM, sensor integration (LIDAR, GPS, IMU), and embedded systems
· Proficient in C++, Python, and control system design
· Experience in industrial automation or warehouse robotics is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Robotics Deployment Engineer (Field)
Job Responsibilities
· Deploy and commission AGVs with calibration and field acceptance testing.
· Configure ArduPilot/PX4 autopilots and tune PID controllers.
· Optimize navigation and configure RTK-GNSS for precision positioning.
· Integrate and calibrate sensors; adjust sensor fusion for accurate localization.
· Troubleshoot communication issues (CAN, UART, I2C, SPI); validate obstacle avoidance.
· Understand AGV architecture – Autopilot, Companion computer, Telemetry, Power.
· Collaborate with R&D provide field feedback for system improvement.
· Conduct demos, validation tests, and customer technical support.
· Troubleshoot field issues and adapt to environmental conditions.
Job Requirements
Requirement
· Hands-on experience with ArduPilot / ArduRover or PX4
· Strong understanding of PID tuning and control systems
· Experience deploying and tuning autonomous ground vehicles
· Strong knowledge of RTK positioning systems
· Understanding of sensor fusion and localization principles
· Familiarity with communication protocols: CAN, UART, I2C, SPI
· Basic programming knowledge in C++ or Python
· Strong field troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Ability to adapt system parameters based on environmental conditions
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Good communication skills for coordination with R&D and customers
