The Robotics Integration Engineer is responsible for deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting robotics systems in real-world operational environments. This role ensures robots are properly configured, integrated with software platforms and sensors, and operating reliably during deployments.

In MR ROBOT's fast-moving environment, the Robotics Integration Engineer works across engineering, AI, and operations functions to ensure robotics solutions are successfully deployed and continuously improved in live environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Robotics Deployment & Integration

• Deploy and configure robots at customer sites or operational environments.
• Integrate robotics hardware with software platforms, sensors, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure robots operate reliably in real-world deployment environments.

System Testing & Debugging

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployments.
• Perform system testing, calibration, and validation to ensure operational readiness.
• Debug robotics systems to optimize performance and reliability.

Field Operation Support

• Provide on-site or remote technical support for robotics deployments.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues when they arise.
• Document deployment configurations and operational procedures.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with internal engineering, AI, and operations teams to resolve deployment challenges.
• Provide field feedback to improve robot performance and system reliability.
• Support testing and validation of new robot features or deployment updates.

Safety & Operational Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and operational protocols during installation and testing.
• Ensure robots operate within defined safety and performance standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in robotics, automation, system integration, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or integrating robotics or automation systems.
• Basic understanding of robotics hardware, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in field deployment environments and travel when required.
• Interest in AI or robotics is highly desirable.
• Location: Balakong Industrial Park, Malaysia.
