The Position

JobPurpose

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented RPAP Intern to join our Roche Patient Assistance Program (RPAP) team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the execution of RPAP and making a difference to patient's lives. This role will be supporting the patient's journey throughout the program while compliantly improving access of Roche products to patients in Malaysia.

ResponsibilitiesandAccountabilities

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in updating patient information and treatment cycles accurately into Roche electronic systems.

  • Review and tagging of supporting documents via various channels.

  • Generating acknowledgement letters for eligible patients

  • Review source documents for potential reports of adverse events and product complaints.

  • Support general administrative duties such as filing documents, distributing documents to hospitals, collection of signed forms from hospitals and other data management.

Others:

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.

  • Meticulous, thorough and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity as maintenance of confidentiality of all customers and patients personal data is utmost important.

  • Ability toworkindependently and as part of a team.

Expertise

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum SPM, IGCSE or equivalent certification is required

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic computersoftware/applications.
