Rock Spa Manager

Position Summary

The Rock Spa Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all day to day operations of the Rock Spa. The Rock Spa Manager ensures guests enjoy a relaxing, positive, and enjoyable spa experience. This position is also responsible for supervising and coordinating execution of spa services, including massage therapy, esthetics, manicures/nail applications, hair styling, and other services. The Spa Manager develops and maintains a clearly defined plan for success of the spa including goals and creative strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in spa management. 
• 2+ years of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• CPR, AED, and first aid certification.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and licensing regulations and requirements.
