The Rover Merchandiser supports multiple projects and retail locations based on business needs. This role ensures consistent product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects
- Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations
- Execute promotions, POSM setup, and in-store activities as required
- Liaise with store personnel to maintain good working relationships
- Capture and submit store reports, photos, and feedback in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (relevant experience preferred)
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG is an advantage
- Willing to travel and support multiple locations/projects
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic reporting skills and comfortable using mobile apps or simple systems
Working Arrangement
- Flexible deployment based on operational needs
- May be assigned to specific client projects as required
