Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The candidate should have strong technical capabilities and be involved in end-to-end development, not limited to production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop reusable RPA components and frameworks to enhance automation efficiency.
- Perform process assessment and feasibility analysis for automation opportunities.
- Handle exception handling, logging mechanisms, and bot performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, testing (UAT/SIT), and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA bots.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation for technical design, workflows, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members when required.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Experience in at least one major RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Strong programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, or similar).
- Experience with API integration, web services, and database (SQL) queries.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
- Experience in version control tools (e.g., Git) is an added advantage.
- Familiar with bot scheduling, orchestration, and production deployment.
