At least 2 years of experience in RPA development (UiPath preferred); experience managing bot deployments or related automation tools.
RPA Development & Implementation
Implementing complex RPA solutions across enterprise systems using UiPath (e.g., REFramework).
Configuring and deploying robust automation logic to capture specific data points and integrate with other platforms.
Ensuring accurate and consistent RPA execution across all platforms and environments.
Bot Management and Debugging
Troubleshooting and resolving automation issues, including system exceptions, business rule exceptions, and data discrepancies.
Validating bot implementation using debugging tools and Orchestrator logs.
Maintaining and updating bot configurations as needed, including managing version control and package sequencing.
Technical Requirements and Collaboration
Translating business requirements (PDD) into technical Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Collaborating with analysts, process owners, and IT teams to ensure proper end-to-end automation.
Performance Optimization
Optimizing bot performance to minimize execution time and system impact.
Ensuring automated processes are implemented efficiently, effectively, and with strict controls.
Documentation and Training
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for bot implementations and configurations.
Providing technical support, code reviews, and training to new junior team members.
Keeping up to date with UiPath platform updates, features, and RPA changes.
