RPA Developer

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to help drive our enterprise automation initiatives. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities from requirement gathering, process assessment, bot development, deployment, to maintenance. The developer will work closely with business units to ensure automation solutions are efficient and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to assess automation feasibility and provide technical recommendations

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions like UiPath, MS Power Automate

Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

Monitor and maintain deployed bots, handling exceptions and troubleshooting issues

Promote standardization and share best practices across RPA use cases

Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development like UiPath, MS Power Automate

Basic programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python

Ability to independently analyze business processes and evaluate automation opportunities

Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medium to large-scale RPA projects

Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Framework

Familiarity with database operations (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)

UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate)

Experience with other automation tools such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere
