Role Overview

We are a fast-growing insurtech company focused on transforming the motor insurance ecosystem through automation, data, and customer-centric digital experiences. Our mission is to simplify insurance operations, reduce processing time, and improve accuracy across the policy lifecycle.

We are looking for an RPA Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across our insurance operations. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual workload, and enhancing data accuracy across policy workflows and customer engagement.

You will work closely with Business Transformation, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to automate high-volume processes using RPA tools and integrate data pipelines across systems such as CRM, Google Cloud and messaging platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

RPA Development & Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive insurance processes (quotation handling, policy issuance, claims)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Build robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows following RPA best practices
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of RPA solutions to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure continuous performance
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements
  • Optimize existing automation scripts to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production
  • Implement proper exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms

Process Automation & System Integration

  • Automate data workflows between internal systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications
  • Integrate RPA workflows with APIs, databases, and cloud-based platforms
  • Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple systems

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar)
  • Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD), Blue Prism Developer Certification, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or related Professional RPA Certification is preferred but not compulsory
  • Experience in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript, C#) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with process analysis, workflow design, and system integration
  • Understanding of database queries (SQL) and API integration
