Are you an experienced AS400 RPG/RPGLE Developer with hands-on expertise in real-time transaction systems Join our team to build and support mission-critical online banking applications powering ATM, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain online RPG/RPGLE programs (non-batch)
Work with DSPF, subfiles, 5250 green-screen UI, and interactive programs
Handle ATM transactions, memo posting, balance inquiries, card updates
Support Straight-Through Processing (STP) for real-time, auto-processing
Integrate with online handlers for instant request validation and response
Collaborate with banking channels for mobile & internet banking updates
Troubleshoot real-time issues ensuring seamless 24/7 operations
Enhance screen navigation, menus, and user interactions
Technical Skills Required
Strong experience in RPG / RPGLE on IBM AS400
Expertise in DSPF, subfiles, 5250 screens, interactive programs
Deep understanding of real-time / online transaction processing
Knowledge of banking domain processes is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
Experience supporting ATM, mobile, or internet banking systems
Exposure to STP frameworks
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
