Job Description

Are you our next Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise

Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Semiconductor RPO account on an initial 12-month contract, as a Talent Advisor based in our client's Malaysia Penang Office, which will be hybrid working model. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative recruitment support and influencing hiring decisions through market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand current and future workforce requirements, translating business needs into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including talent sourcing, screening, assessment, interview management, candidate preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on hiring progress, market conditions, and candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and competitor insights to challenge assumptions, influence hiring criteria, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while ensuring compliance with established recruitment processes, service level agreements, and client expectations.
  • Leverage talent market data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, hiring challenges, and realistic hiring expectations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance hiring outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within a corporate or RPO environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and hiring managers through strong consultation and advisory skills.
  • Experience using recruitment data, talent market insights, and hiring metrics to influence stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, negotiate, and align expectations effectively.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent markets.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other specialized professional roles is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized with excellent project and time management capabilities, able to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
