Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and provide insights.
- Supervise and guide a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Support audits by preparing required documentation and addressing auditor queries.
- Act as a liaison between local and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes.
- Leverage Japanese language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Japan.
Profile
A Successful RTR Team Lead (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 1 year experience in leading a team
- Min 4 years experience in end to end of RTR
- Professional proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and financial reporting.
- Experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
