Job Description
- Leads and manages a team of accountants for assigned countries.
- Organises team responsibilities and reviews deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Provides coaching on new policies, work instructions, and group requirements.
- Coordinates monthly balance sheet reviews with Regional and Country teams.
- Drives process standardisation and simplification across supported countries.
- Leads migration of tasks from countries to the Shared Service Centre.
- Improves efficiency, eliminates redundancy, and manages resources effectively.
- Ensures strong team engagement and motivation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful RTR Team Lead Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification is an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar function.
- Minimum 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
