Global Network Song - Commerce & Sales Practice

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to theGlobal Networkdivision of Accenture and works with clients across itsmarketing, sales, andservices department. The team provides transformation servicesacrossthree keyofferings: MarketingTransformation, ConnectedCommerceand Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses byoptimizingtheir marketing and sales strategies and therebyoptimizingtheir cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.


The team iscomprisedof individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.


We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define business opportunities in the e-commerce / digital transformation area tooptimizeclientsperformance. Individualsmust havegood communicationskills, knowledge in relevant technologies,innovative thinking, andcommitment to quality.

Candidate Requirements
As a right candidate, you shouldhave:

  • Bachelor's degree/ tertiary education and certificationin related field or equivalent experience.

  • Understanding the Digital Commerce Channels, ecosystem, setup,operations,growthand optimizations.

  • 5- 10 yearsofexperience working on a CRM platform (Preferably SalesforceorNice toHave exposure to SAP CRM/ Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Salesforce Certification is good to have

  • Haveparticipated/deliveredat least 3CRM transformation program(in a Digital Commerce setup would be a plus)

  • Haveexperience working onCRM-related (for Commerce ideally)proposals and contributed torelevantbusiness development work

  • Able to lead teams and support the growth of new offering and capability

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Has an inquisitive nature witha strong desireto learn

  • Experience in client and / or stakeholder management/ supporting / interaction.

  • Functional Consulting or Business Analyst experience in Digital Commerceand havedelivery of Commerce / Digital Transformation engagementswould be a plus.

  • Certificationsinotherdomains,would be a plus

  • Digital Commerce

  • Marketplace(Shopee / Lazada)

  • Platforms (Shopify / Magento / Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud / Salesforce Commerce Cloud /etc)

  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager

  • Power BI / Google Data Studio / Any Data VisualizationTool

  • Any other related certifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate shouldpossessIn-depth knowledge of business processes andCRM,Digital Commerce solution, platform& constraintsto be a trusted advisor to our clients

  • Must bring industry best practices and theirexpertisementionedabovedwhile working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well asto-be processes.

  • Ability to work along with multiple teams (business,development& testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

  • Must be a self-starter and should be able to engage with thebusinesstaking the initiative to helpidentifywhat the business should be tracking and evaluating. Ability to think through problems and makeactionable recommendations.

  • Must be flexible in working on different Digital Commerce or related roles and engagements depending on assignment.

  • Wouldberequiredto understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by thetechnical team.

  • Must be creative, innovative, independent / team player asrequiredand be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis andevaluation techniques.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, includingpresentation skills.
