• Accelerate digitaltransformation journey and deploy digital manufacturing vision for our clients to deliver value through AI-led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go-to-market strategy. Deploy digital manufacturing vision for our clients
• Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance within and across marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:Delivery of Digital Manufacturing//Manufacturing Execution System (MES) client engagements, manage relationships with client leadership, coach teams and deliver compelling and net new offerings while creating significant stakeholder value
• Practice Development: Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings.

Job Qualifications:

• MES Solutions experience in any one of these tools - Werum PasX/ Pharma Suite for Life Sciences, Dassault Apriso/ Siemens Opcenter/ iTAC/ Rockwell/ Wonderware (Aveva)/ Parsec for Discrete Industries
• MES / MOM requirements gathering, functional specification development, blueprinting, testing & implementation for the discrete Industry/clients
• The candidate should have demonstrated sustained client relations management experience, excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships
• A competent Techno-Functional Analyst / Consultant with experience of working on MES solutions along with domain experience (at least one of these) in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Hi-Tech, Chemical manufacturing
• Experience in delivering technology guidance, proof of concepts, performed enterprise portfolio assessments, industry best practices reviews and technology leadership workshops
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Advanced analytics, Agile certification (CSPO or CSM) will be an added advantage
• ERP-Shop Floor Integration and XML/XPath, B2MML, etc.
• Hands on experience in Industry 4.0 technologies: Internet of Things, AR/VR, Edge Analytics, Manufacturing Control Tower, Computer vision, APS, Robotics, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC etc. is a plus
• Good understanding of IT-OT architecture (ISA 95/88 architecture) and L1-L4 integration, data historian, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards would be an added advantage
• Good understanding about shop floor integration systems and interface applications (HMI, OPC, readers/writers, barcode scanners and printers, etc.)
