S&C GN - Digital Engineering & R&D - Product Compliance - Artwork & Label

Looking for Motivated and Proactive Consultant with hands-on experience and exceptional skills in Labelling and Artwork Management Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in Label and Artwork Management, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas ofLabelling and Artwork Management Diagnostics, Blueprinting/Solution design and Implementation support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver in Label and Artwork Management Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients

• Develop relevant assets, offerings in Label and Artwork Management areas and liaise with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings

• In-depth working and understanding of Label and Artwork Management areas - Label Manager / Label Manager + Print Server, Designer / Label Designer, Digital Asset Management, workflow configuration

• Experience in Label Data Management and Data Migration and that meet our clients needs in innovative ways. Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams

• Enabling transformation utilizing the Label and Artwork Management capabilities by creating business processes for managing compliance and integration.

Additional responsibilities (as needed):

• Support proposals and build eminence in Label and Artwork Management Capabilities

• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture's Compliance offering and support recruitment, training, coaching

• Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown

Preferred Experience:

• Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving Label and Artwork Management across leading platforms like Loftware (Spectrum, Print Server, NiceLabel), ESKO, supporting global labelling solutions (Loftware, BarTender, Prisym 360), integrating with ERP/RIM/PLM systems to ensure business continuity and compliance

• Well-versed with Label and Artwork Management capabilities across multiple industries

• Thorough understanding of Label and Artwork Management Processes

• Aware of best practices in Label and Artwork Management Industry

• Strong project management skills

• Capable of working in rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired

• In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging Label and Artwork Management Best Practices

• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, Data Assessment, Governance and Migration Processes

• Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills

• Team player with a can-do positive attitude

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

• Good understanding of emerging technologies in Label and Artwork Management areas

Key Skills:

• Techno-functional experience in a label/artwork management area, including expertise in end-to-end artwork and labeling processes, system configuration and validation, business process mapping, stakeholder alignment across Regulatory, Packaging, and Supply Chain functions, and hands-on experience with label management platforms (such as Esko, Loftware, or GLAMS) to design, optimize, and implement compliant and efficient labeling solutions

• Optional skills include familiarity with other artwork and labelling software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Global Vision Web, TVT, InformaIT, Barcode Studio, or BarTender

• Knowledge in integrating labelling systems with SAP ERP, MES, and e-LIMS through protocols such as FTP, HTTPS, and TCP/P

• Skilled in migration of label templates, printer setups, and user roles

• Detail oriented

• In Depth Experience inLabel and Artwork Management Modules such as Label Manager / Label Manager + Print Server, Designer / Label Designer, Digital Asset Management, workflow configuration etc.

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Sensitivity and skilled at working with different cultures and styles

• A highly motivated self-starter

• Engineering background with MBA preferred
