Job Description
We are seeking a Product Compliance Transformation Analyst / Consultant to support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives for our clients. The role focuses on analysing business processes, defining digital requirements, enabling system integrations, and implementing solutions within the product safety and stewardship domain.
Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify digital opportunities
Conduct current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process assessments
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations
Monitor and track risks, issues, timelines, and key deliverables
Support change management activities, including training and user adoption initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, HSE, or related field
3 to 10 years of experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship.
Experience in a IT consulting environment or client-facing role is preferred.
Technical Skills
In-depth working and understanding of Product Compliance areas- Substance Volume Tracking, Product Safety/ Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous Goods Management, Product Marketability, Regulatory Compliance, Chemical Compliance, Global Labeling Management, Product Registration Management.
Experience with master data, tools, and core functionalities within product safety & stewardship system (e.g., SAP Product Compliance, Sphera)
Experience in Global Label Management (GLM), including WWI template development for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels.
Experience in Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), with understanding of regulatory requirements and system configuration.
Experience in Dangerous Goods (DG) management, including system configuration and integration.
Exposure to WRICEF objects and experience handling custom developments or enhancements.
