We are looking to onboard an S4o9 Business Uni Change Management Lead for a Hybrid Role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a change partner and own change management for a function and group of markets.
- Work with leaders and users to communicate and reinforce the case for change.
- Create and execute localised change plans.
- Identify and assess change impacts.
- Define and execute tactical change management interventions.
- Build change management capability and coach project stakeholders and implementation leads.
- Measure, monitor, and report the effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage communications.
- Coordinate training efforts across business units.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Experience managing and influencing senior and mid-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and practical exposure to change management best practices.
- Creativity and experience using modern communication and learning tools.
- Passion for change and willingness to be hands-on.
- S/4HANA or o9 implementation experience highly preferred.
- Experience with planning systems such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, or Blue Yonder is advantageous.
- Functional knowledge of commercial and planning processes preferred.
