Job Description

Responsible to identify incoming and outgoing customs documentation and update every job in the systems.
Ensure the customs documents to be returned in 2 working days.
Check the claims that submitted by agents.
Execute in preparation of all customs related documentation etc Form K1, K2, K4, K8, K9, ZB1 & ZB2.
Ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics/ Transportation field or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in customs forms preparation (import & export) is required for this position.
Possess of Kursus Egen Kastam (KEK) certificate is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to work under pressure.
Adapt with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Possess own transport (motorcar)
