Job Purpose:
As the Safety, Health and ESG Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulations, maintain high safety standards, and promote positive ESG impact. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and programs, uphold occupational health and safety rules and regulation, and engage with government officer such as DOE and DOSH/JKKP, also with communities and stakeholders to build strong relationships and enhance our reputation in the industry.
What will you be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive Safety & health and ESG management strategies and policies that align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular HIRARC assessments to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation measures at work places.
- Establish and maintain a robust safety management system, including policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Safety and Health standards across all operations, including manufacturing activities, equipment maintenance, warehousing and logistic.
- Implement and manage occupational health and safety programs, including risk assessments and incident reporting/escalation.
- Green Book holder.
- Lead Manufacturing in ESG aspect especially in water and energy conservation (sustainability) toward zero waste and GHG/Emission control.
- Promote Safety and Health Culture.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or industrial hygiene. The course must be taken at an institution recognized by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
- At least more than 5 years working experience in manufacturing Safety & Health, knowledgeable in ESG (preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
- Pass the National Institute of Safety and Health SHO (Safety and Health Officer) examination - Green Book holder. Understand ESG principles (include managing water resource and IELTS)
- Leadership skill and strong interpersonal skill.
